Georges Island
53 Acre Island home to Civil War Era Fort Warren. Take a ranger-led tour of the fort and visit the visitor center to learn more about this island's nearly 200 year history.
Peddocks Island
One of the largest islands in the harbor, at 210 acres, Peddocks is home to Fort Andrews which was built in the early 1900's. Visitors to the island can enjoy camping, hiking and bird watching.
Bumpkin Island
At 62 Acres, Bumpkin was once home to Native Americans and a children's hospital. Today it serves as a camping destination in Hull Bay, A short ride from the south shore.
Thompson Island At 170 acres, Thompson Island is one of the only privately owned Islands in the park. Home to the Outward Bound program, the Island hosts many weddings and corporate outings during the summer season.
Spectacle Island
Explore this 114 Acre Island that boasts walking trails, a swimming beach and visitor center. Enjoy views of Boston from the North Drumlin which is the highest point in Boston Harbor.
Lovell's Island
61 Acre island near the opening of Boston Harbor. Lovell's was in the running to house the Statue of Liberty. Visitors can go swimming, explore the rocky shoreline, camp overnight.
Grape Island
Sitting at the entrance to Weymouth's Back River, this 101 acre island is ideal for camping, hiking, bird watching or just enjoying nature and the scenery.
